Immediate opening for a part-time Bookkeeper at WMS headquarters in Montgomery, AL. Includes extensive accounting data entry and monthly bank account reconciliations.
Must be dependable, trustworthy, capable of multi-tasking with accuracy and meeting deadlines. Previous experience in accounting in a QuickBooks environment required.

Assists WMS with financial reporting for the corporation and the water/wastewater systems where full-service management is provided.
Accounting or finance background, attention to detail, experience with financial reporting and audits preferred.

Assists with management of key client water and wastewater utility projects, working directly with the President of WMS, Inc.
Project management experience, knowledge of water/wastewater utility operations preferred, strong organizational and communication skills.

Operates and maintains water and/or wastewater systems, working directly with a WMS Project Manager to ensure compliance and successful system operation.
Must be a Certified Water or Wastewater Operator licensed in the State of Alabama. Any level of certification and experience will be considered.
